The Par 3 Special Glow Ball Event Details:

Join us at the magnificent Eagle Point Golf Club at 100 Eagle Point Drive, Eagle Point, Oregon. This splendid venue offers a breathtaking backdrop for an evening of glowing golf.

Date: August 25, 2023
Time: 5:00 p.m. shotgun start for the first 9 holes
Dinner: Enjoy a scrumptious dinner at the pavilion after the front 9
Night Golf: Then finish play with another shotgun start at dark for the final 9 holes

Sign up as a twosome or individually, and we’ll pair you with other enthusiastic golfers for a fun mixer event. Embrace the opportunity to meet new friends and build lasting connections with fellow golfers.

The front nine holes will feature a 5:00 p.m. Tee Time, with a 4-person 2 best balls format. As the sun sets, the second nine holes will transform into a thrilling 4-person scramble at dark. It’s the perfect blend of skill, strategy, and pure fun!

Who Can Participate:

This extraordinary event is open to all members who have participated in at least two Men’s Club events this year. Entry is limited to 64 players on a first-come basis, so act quickly to secure your place in this unique event. If the slots are not filled under these criteria, non-members can join from August 23 until the maximum capacity is reached. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to experience the magic of night golfing!

Prizes and Contests:

We’re upping the stakes with impressive prize pools, including gross and net payouts. The number of entrants will determine the number of flights and places, so the more, the merrier! Additional contests like Optional KPs will add even more excitement to the evening.

Entry Fees:

Members: $65 (includes 3 glow balls, dinner after the front 9, and a prize fund the following day)
Non-Members: $65 (plus a green fee of $35 and cart fee of $10)
*All fees must be paid to the Golf Shop before checking in on the day of the tournament.

Golf Cart Policy:

Due to insurance policy regulations, Eagle Point carts may be used on the front 9 only during the daylight portion of the event. Members with personal carts are welcome to use them for all 18 holes. Non-members are encouraged to plan on walking during the night portion of the event. Let’s keep the night glowing with our enthusiasm and energy!

The Eagle Point Men’s Golf Club has you covered! We will provide a limited supply of beer and soda to keep you refreshed and energized as you navigate the illuminated course.
