Eagle Point Golf Club Members –
In January, Eagle Point Golf Club (EPGC) modernized its internal operating platform with a system called EZSuites. EZSuites continues to interact directly with our existing tee sheet but provides greater flexibility for our members to update personal information, view monthly bills, credit book balances, individual purchase receipts, as well as pay billing statements online from the comfort of their home.
With the transition, however, we were not able to port any current credit cards on file for routine member billings. As such, over the next couple of days EPGC Administration will be reaching out to our members via telephone to update personal and credit card information. Members will receive a paper statement for February unless they have already registered on EZSuites following the January 26 email with Subject Title: “Eagle Point Golf Club Has Invited You to Join Cloud Statements and Payments.”
Earlier today, an EZSuites registration email reminder was sent to all members inviting them to take advantage of EZSuites online account by February 15, 2023. Every membership will be required to have a credit card or ACH on file whether used for routine monthly billing or for individual charging privileges.
