- Format: Four Person super drive 2 gross ball out of 4. Net will be based on percentage of team handicap
- Entry Fee: $40, Includes range balls, prize fund (and lunch) following play. If you are not a member of the Eagle Point Golf Club, please pay your green fee $30.00 and cart fee $10 to the Golf Shop, prior to checking in, on the day of the tournament.
- Check in: 8:00 – 8:30. Shotgun start at 9:00
- Registration & Entry Fee Deadline: 5:00 pm, Thursday, May 12. YOU ARE NOT ENTERED until the entry form is submitted AND the fee is paid PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE!
