Orin Swift Winemaker’s Dinner

On Monday, October 28th, The Talon Grill will be hosting a wine dinner with Orin Swift Cellars. I am really excited for this event, as this is one of my favorite wineries in the world. Owner and Winemaker Dave Phinney, famous for his Prisoner red blend (which he sold several years ago), has expanded into several more world-class wines, five of which we are going to get to taste, paired expertly by our own Chef Rosco Kennedy. The wines, as well as the history of Orin Swift Cellars, will be guided by Sales Manager Paige Ross. After tasting several thousand wines in my career, I can safely say that Dave Phinney is one of the very few winemakers in the world who just does not make a bad wine.

This is a very limited-seating event, with only 36 spots available. After the dinner, guests will have the opportunity to purchase the wines we taste for below retail prices. The price of the 5-course paired dinner is $150 per person, including gratuity.
