We are excited to announce the arrival of our new dining menus for 2017! The focus of our culinary team for 2017 is to provide the freshest food available. Below are a few highlights from the current menu offerings!
-All Turkey, Pastrami and Roast Beef lunch meats are prepared “in house.” We are brining/curing all meats and smoking for many hours to arrive at a perfect product for you.
-All Ground Beef, Hot Dogs & Polish Dogs are provided by The Butcher Shop right here in Eagle Point. The quality and freshness of the meats is second to none.
-All dressings & dips are made “in house,” you can really taste the difference.
-Our french fries are cut fresh each day!
*NOTE, Chris Kempf, Executive Chef hails from Philadelphia, PA. and has enjoyed his fair share of cheesesteaks, a Philly favorite. “It was natural for me to include this iconic sandwich on the new menu and share with folks who I am” Chris explains. It is quite possibly the best sandwich in the Rogue Valley! The sandwich features shaved choice ribeye cooked to order “wit” or “wit out” grilled onions, american cheese on a South Philly Amoroso roll. simple and delicious.
