Welcome New Executive Chef Rosco Kennedy

The Resort at Eagle Point Golf Club welcomes Rosco Kennedy to their team at the Talon Grill as the new Executive Chef.  With extensive experience leading world-class restaurants, including most recently the Jacksonville Inn in Oregon and the Stockfarm Restaurant and Crush Italian Steakhouse in California, Chef Kennedy brings his seasoned skills and talents to create memorable selections for Resort members and guests.  The Talon Grill is a local favorite, a golf casual restaurant in the heart of Southern Oregon featuring foods ranging from upscale pub fare to locally sourced dinner options.

Chef Kennedy is well known for his operational and teaching excellence.  Paired with the Resort’s new Food & Beverage Manager, Michael Butler, the Talon Grill leadership team is focused on enhancing members’ and guests’ experiences through product, service, and programming standards.

The Talon Grill is open to the public.  Breakfast (8:00-11:00AM) and lunch (11:00AM-5:00PM) are served seven days a week, while dinner is served Wednesday through Sunday (5:00-8:00PM).  Menus and weekly specials can be viewed online at https://resortateaglepoint.com/talon-grill/menu/.

The Talon Grill also features a full spectrum of beverages, including menu-paired wines, regional beers and ciders, and spirits of choice.  Members and guests may enjoy their meals from their casual bar area, indoor dining, outdoor deck seating overlooking the Robert Trent Jones, Jr. golf course, and mountain views.

The Resort at Eagle Point Golf Club team has extensive experience coordinating and delivering full-scale resort and banquet experiences of all shapes and sizes, including golf events, family reunions, celebrations of life, awards banquets, anniversary parties, and weddings.

When Chef Kennedy isn’t busy in the kitchen, he and his family can be found shopping for ingredients at local farms, skateboarding, hiking the many trails prevalent in Southern Oregon, and enjoying many other local favorites.
